Black Jury Law is an independent and experienced fiduciary services provider. The company was formed and legally registered with CIPC in 2016 as a private company. The company is operating a total of three business segments namely;
1. BJL Fiduciary Services
2. BJL Mediation Services
3. BJL Road Safety Imagined
BJL Fiduciary services:
The core business of the company is the provisioning of fiduciary services to the communities within their reach such as execution of wills, winding up of deceased estates, registration of trusts as well as the formation of foundations and attending to all the requisite needs of the Master of the High Court.
Fiduciary:
Definition of fiduciary: -
the word can be traced back to Latin, pronounced “fiducia” and its broad meaning is trust, reliance, confidence and assurance.
Services:
Any service rendered in connection with the disposition of the service in which the service provider assists the consumer of the service with planning and documenting instructions of the consumer to the service provider or any other party to act in the best interest of the party and/or parties identified in the instructions and which the service provider should execute with utmost good faith.
We shall strive to ensure that courts are quickly accessible when dealing with general family matters and specifically of the persons who are unable to do so on their own due to various reasons i.e. historical and present.
Furthermore, we give legal advice to people on the law and their rights but also refer to attorneys and other organisations when it is abundantly clear that such a need exists. At all times and whilst acting in a fiduciary capacity, ensure that our interaction with clients is at the highest level of integrity, honesty and in their best interest.

Our Mission
To provide solutions to the local communities needing assistance on accessing legal and justice services particularly on matters of legacy and winding up deceased estates. We aim to provide adequate resources in place and utilized to the communities’ maximum benefit. To this end we shall be tapping into the local people as a resource particularly the youth and the unemployed graduates by creating employment opportunities.
